Drew Raley/Director, Post Production

Drew Raley/Director, Post Production

After departing the Austin music scene in 2002 to experience the broader LA version, Drew Raley quickly found himself in the Field Production trenches for an entertainment industry crash course.  With a Bachelor of Arts degree in hand from the University of Texas, he quickly realized that organization and communication in the Post Production world was a better fit.  While working for Blind Date, Drew discovered E! Entertainment and literally walked across a courtyard to begin his principle Post education.  For the next five years, he rose through the ranks to eventually supervise over a dozen shows and series for the network (and break his ankle playing company slow-pitch coed softball - true story).

In 2010 Drew re-teamed with David Kelleher and Jenny Daly to oversee Post for T Group Productions.  Beginning with only two edit bays, one series and a 2-hour special, Drew has overseen the explosive growth of his Post team to 75 employees, 26 edit bays, and over 150 individual episodes delivered.  Through dynamic improvement initiatives, he has created a streamlined and technically current Post facility which continues to chase new technology and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
